Omer is a first generation Sudanese based in the UK. He’s an author, chef, food archivist and activist. His work focuses on culinary preservation and branches into supper club events and film screenings to raise awareness about Sudanese food and culture.
Up until the recent conflict in a Sudan, Omer was based between London and Khartoum.
