Almas Art Foundation produces and supports documentary films that explore the diverse practices, histories, and voices shaping African and African diaspora art. Through cinematic storytelling, we aim to preserve artistic legacies, highlight emerging talents, and engage audiences with the visual cultures of Africa and its global diaspora.
Film allows us to amplify stories that might otherwise go unheard — bridging continents, generations, and creative disciplines. Each project contributes to our broader mission of fostering understanding and dialogue within the global art community.
